PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 5 AUGUST 2026

Privacy backed by
technical evidence.

This policy explains how PULSO by ADSTRATEGY processes data when you use the Chrome extension, dashboard and associated features.

Data controller

PULSO is provided by ADSTRATEGY. For access, correction, objection or deletion requests, contact dpo@adstrategyglobal.com.

Single purpose

PULSO exists to technically audit tracking, attribution, consent, performance and Landing Page flows in the tab selected by the user, and to store the resulting reports in a private account. We do not use collected data for advertising, profiling people, selling data or incompatible purposes.

Data processed

To provide the service we may process: basic identification of the authorised Google account; URL, domain and title of analysed pages; technical signals from scripts, tags, events, network requests and performance; UTMs and click identifiers present in the URL; names and categories of accessible cookies; form structure, rules, masks and endpoints; technical session actions such as navigation, clicks, step changes and submissions; and screenshots the user chooses to create or retain.

Personal data protection

The scanner masks fields and values recognised as personal — such as email, phone, name, address, tokens and credentials — before synchronisation. It does not collect passwords or bypass HttpOnly cookies. Because a page may use unpredictable names or formats, masking reduces risk but does not replace user review before saving or sharing a report or screenshot.

Where data is stored

Part of the session state, authentication and preferences remains in the extension's local storage. Reports, history, shared settings, heartbeat and saved screenshots may be synchronised over HTTPS with the private PULSO area. The infrastructure uses contracted hosting, database and storage providers, currently Vercel and Neon, only as needed to provide and protect the service.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while needed for account projects and history, security or legal obligations. Users can clear the local extension session and request deletion of synchronised data via dpo@adstrategyglobal.com. Technical backups may remain for their rotation cycle before final deletion.

Chrome permissions

activeTab analyses the selected tab; scripting runs the diagnostic on that page; sidePanel displays the report alongside the site; storage keeps session state, preferences and pending queues; identity starts Google authentication; and optional access to HTTP/HTTPS pages is requested only when the user chooses to analyse sites. The extension does not request access to Chrome internal pages or local files.

Sharing and human access

We do not sell data or transfer it to advertising networks or data brokers. Human access is limited to authorised account users and, exceptionally, support with consent, security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Google and Limited Use

Information received from Google APIs is used only for authentication and visible PULSO features. Its use complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

GDPR and diagnostic limits

GDPR, consent, cookie and security alerts are indicative technical diagnostics. They are not compliance certification or legal advice.
