These terms govern access to and use of PULSO by ADSTRATEGY.
Personal account
Each account is personal, intended for its holder and must not be shared. Access may depend on approval and authentication through a valid Google account.
Permitted use
PULSO must be used for legitimate technical diagnosis of pages and properties the user is authorised to analyse. Bypassing access controls, collecting credentials, interfering with systems or using the platform unlawfully is prohibited.
Data and confidentiality
The user is responsible for confirming that they are authorised to analyse and retain information from the relevant pages. Reports and screenshots should be reviewed before sharing, even when PULSO applies automatic masking.
Technical diagnosis
Results depend on signals technically accessible in the browser and may be partial. PULSO does not guarantee detection of every event, request, cookie or issue and does not replace legal certification, security auditing or manual validation.
Availability
We aim to keep the service secure and available, but features may be changed, suspended or limited due to maintenance, security, third-party providers or product development.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts in cases of abuse, security risk or breach of these terms. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the privacy contact.
